Keep these tips in mind as you complete the registration / log-in process in our online store:

1. If this is your first online transaction with Sundance Resort, you'll need to register as a NEW CUSTOMER. E-mails, usernames and passwords are not recognized on accounts created in the former online store. Your past history with Sundance Resort is complete and remains stored in our core computer system, but you need to create a new online account via this new online store to access it.

2. Avoid sharing e-mail addresses between adults. Once an e-mail address is claimed as part of the online registration process, that e-mail address can not be used by another customer. During the account creation process, there will be an opportunity to idenfity "associates". In most cases, these will be other family members. Associates do not need a unique e-mail address and can be connected to the primary account user's e-mail address. Associates do not have ability to log-in to the store, however. Only the primary account holder can do that with his/her unique username and password.
